Conference Photo Taking, Sharing, and Usage Permissions

  1. Capture and Share Your Conference Moments 
    • Attendees are encouraged to take photos during the conference and share them through the official conference app or on Twitter using #mauprc. By sharing photos via these platforms, attendees agree that their images may be viewed by other participants and the public.

  2. Permission for Use by Organizers
    • Conference organizers may select and feature shared photos on the official conference homepage or other promotional materials. By uploading photos to the conference app or tagging them with #mauprc on Twitter, attendees grant permission for the conference to use their images for non-commercial purposes, such as event highlights, marketing, and future conference promotions. If an attendee prefers their photo not to be used by the organizers, they should indicate this when sharing via the app or contact the conference team.

  3. Respecting Privacy and Consent
    • Please be mindful when taking photos of others. Always obtain consent before photographing individuals in close-up or identifiable situations. Avoid capturing and sharing sensitive materials, private conversations, or restricted sessions.
